Our Pricing.
Our pricing structure is based on a
per Medical Record fee, regardless of how many pages are in the record.
We price our service this way, because our past experience has dictated
a pre-determined benchmark on the average number of pages per record.
One of the most important pieces of information is how many records
you have. If you do not know how many records you have, we can help
you estimate how many records you have.
Add-on products and services, as mentioned
on the products and services page, are then added to the quote as
requested.
Shipping and Handling (and taxes, if
applicable) is then estimated based on the subtotal and products and
services outlined in the quote. This cost structure is most attractive
to our clients so we can better estimate the total cost of the project.
Every project is quoted to you, and
accepted by you before the project is launched.
At the time of your acceptance of the
quotation, a deposit is required (varies either with 50% up front
if not financed, or a smaller up front fee for our financing options).
Many of our clients opt for our financing, due to the low monthly
payments and our easy loan application. We provide you the options,
and you select your preferred payment method.
