perform high volume scanning for small projects by compiling multiple
separate projects into large production projects while maintaining
multiple client accounts.

STAT File delivery – Though
we perform scanning offsite, when not in transit, your files are always
available to you via an expedited request process, or STAT file request,
whereby the file is bumped up to the beginning of the queue and securely
uploaded to you.
Pricing per Medical Record –
Most companies charge you per page scan, making it nearly impossible
to estimate your true cost, and though sounding inexpensive, those
cents really add up. We charge you with a per Record scanning fee,
a shredding fee, and hard drive fee to store your data, as well as
shipping and handling. We always provide you with an estimated quote
before you start the process that is adjusted at the end of the service
to reflect the true record count. You'll find our prices are much
more competitive than average due to our high volume.
X-rays and other images – We
are able to scan x-rays and other images, however, these may incur
additional charges. Please contact us so we may evaluate this for
you.
